How many people can watch/listen to the webinar at my office?

Your webinar registration includes a link for one attendee to log in and attend the live session. However, you can certainly have multiple staff watch/listen to the presentation at the same time on the same computer. Additional individual webinar log-ins can be purchased separately.

How do I watch/view the live webinar?

Our webinars are hosted by GoToWebinar. You will receive a link that you can use to log-in and watch the live event. The link works on most computers and smart devices using most popular web browsers.

How do I listen to the webinar?

Audio is broadcast from GoToWebinar webinar link in your browser, as long as your computer or device has speakers or head phones. Alternatively, you can watch online and listen via the phone. We provide “call-in” numbers on your registration confirmation.

Testing your computer/internet capabilities


It is recommended that you test your browser, internet connection, and audio capabilities at least 24 hours prior to attending the live event. It is difficult to trouble shoot connections once a live sessions has started.

What if I have questions after the webinar?


Attendees of the live webinar sessions are permitted to email questions about the webinar topic for up to 7 days after the conclusion of the live event. Questions must pertain to the webinar topic. We will answer each question directly, and also compile a list of all Q&A and send it to all attendees (live and recorded) approximately 2 weeks after the conclusion of the live event.

What if I miss the live session?

If you miss the live session, you will still be sent a link the recording approximately 24 hours after the conclusion of the live event. In order to receive CEU credit, you must answer and pass a 10-question exam based on the webinar content.

What if I can't attend a live event? Can I purchase a recording of the webinar?

Yes! We offer two live sessions for each webinar as well as a recording only option.

Does the recording-only option include a handout?

Yes, customers that purchase the recorded session, receive the link to view the recording, a link to download the handout, and they will also receive the Q&A once completed

How do you view a recording of the webinar?

You will be sent a special GoToWebinar website link that will allow you to view the recording from any popular web browser. The recording works on most computer, tablets, and smart phones. You can watch, pause, fast forward, and rewind the recording as well as listen directly from the website, provide you have audio capabilities on your computer or device.


When will the recording be available?

Links to the recorded session are not distributed until after the conclusion of the live sessions. Remember, we are sending you a recording of the actual live event. These will be sent out automatically, approximately 24 hours after the conclusion of each live event.

How many times can I view the recording?

You may view/share the recording as many times as you wish for up to one year. You can share this link (and handout) with other staff and providers at your office so they can learn from the same presentation.

How do I get a CEU for the webinar?

Per our agreement with the AAPC, CEU certificates will automatically be issued to attendees of live events. CEU certificates will automatically be emailed to the registered attendee within 1-2 days after the conclusion of the live event. Beginning in 2018, registered attendees of recorded sessions must answer and pass a 10-question exam based on the webinar content. Only one CEU certificate will be issued per registered attendee.
